Rates are calibrated to the client, not the catalog.

Licensing fees are structured based on organizational scope, geographic reach, and the commercial context in which images are used. AGC is a multi-state Native CDFI with a national SBA lending license, an active borrower acquisition program, and a public-facing brand operating across Alaska, Colorado, Montana, Idaho, Washington, and Wyoming. That context matters.

The same image licensed to a local sole proprietor for a single-city website carries a different commercial value than one licensed to a regional lender for perpetual multi-state digital use. These rates reflect that distinction — plainly and without apology.

All licensing is delivered with a plain-language one-page memo: clear on scope, permitted use, and what you own. No fine print. No surprises.

Select from the gallery. Choose the tier that fits.

All collection tiers below include perpetual rights — no renewal conversations, no expiration dates. License once, use for as long as you need.

Collection Images Scope Rate
Essentials Perpetual · All digital 5 images Website, social, presentations, email, digital collateral $5,500 $1,100 / image
Launch Perpetual · All digital + print 12 images All digital use plus annual reports, brochures, print collateral $12,500 $1,042 / image
Foundation Perpetual · All digital + print 20 images All digital use plus annual reports, brochures, print collateral $19,200 $960 / image

Single Image Add-On  ·  Perpetual · All digital use

Need one specific image outside a collection? Licensed individually at the standard perpetual all-digital rate.

$1,200 / image

Prefer a shorter initial term before committing to perpetual? Three-year licenses are available at a reduced rate — reach out and we can discuss what makes sense for your budget and timeline.

Not sure which tier fits? Make your selections from the gallery first. I'll recommend the right tier based on what you've chosen and how you plan to use the images.

You're licensing rights, not buying files.

This is standard practice across professional photography and is protected under U.S. copyright law. Here's what it means in plain terms.

What you receive

The right to use specified images within a defined scope and term. Files are delivered at full resolution in whatever format your web team needs. You can use them freely within the terms of the license.

What stays with the photographer

Copyright ownership. Ralph Kristopher retains the right to the image as a creative work. This protects you too — it means no one else can claim ownership of images you've licensed exclusively.

Why scope affects price

Each additional channel — social media, email campaigns, grant proposals, investor decks, digital ads — represents additional commercial value derived from the image. A photograph used in a federal funding proposal carries different commercial weight than the same image used once on a homepage.

Why these rates for AGC

Pricing is calibrated to organizational size, reach, and intended use. AGC operates across seven states, holds a national SBA lending license, and regularly produces materials for federal agencies and institutional partners. That context — not arbitrary — is what determines the rate.

For organizations that need more than a library.

A photography retainer gives AGC a consistent visual voice, priority scheduling, and a predictable annual budget. All images created on assignment are included in the licensing — no per-image fees after the fact.

Given AGC's footprint across Alaska, Colorado, Montana, Idaho, and Washington — states where I'm already working — assignment coverage is straightforward to arrange without added travel costs in most cases.
